8.1 Report Centre

Path: Reports > Report Centre. The centre lists daily, monthly, and quarterly reports with their period, version, state, evidence count, creation time, and available exports.

1. Select report type, period, state, and version.

2. Apply filters.

3. Review the report state and the number of evidence items behind it.

4. Preview the PDF report before downloading.

5. Download the appropriate format: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, or ZIP package.

6. Open the report version history when you need to compare revisions.

The state “Completed — No Qualified Coverage” means the report was saved successfully but found no qualified evidence for the period; it does not prove that complete coverage found no content.
