8.2 Distribution and recipients

Path: Reports > Distribution and Recipients. Workspace access is separate from report delivery. You can configure independent schedules for daily, monthly, and quarterly reports, including time zone, time, language, format, and recipients.

Saving a schedule without sending stores settings only.

Adding an external email address requires explicit permission to share the institution’s reports with it.

Existing files retain their original language; the language setting for the delivery message does not translate the report.

Disabling a recipient does not delete that person’s account or institution membership.
