Path: Administration > Integrations. The page displays the provider capability matrix with status, authentication type, capabilities, and limitations. It also offers a watchlist, manual evidence entry, and CSV or XLSX import.

Tool | Correct use

Watchlist | Add an official account, page, hashtag, competitor, person, term, or specific URL.

Manual evidence | Retain content submitted by a user with its link, title, publisher, date, excerpt, and provenance.

CSV or XLSX import | Bring in historical or customer-supplied data after validation preview and column mapping.

Provider matrix | See which provider is connected, degraded, awaiting approval, or unconfigured.
