Path: Command Center > Alerts and Crises. Use the severity and status filters, then select Filter. An empty alert list does not mean coverage is complete; also check source and evidence health.

Severity | Practical meaning

Critical | An immediate risk requiring escalation, an owner, and a clear decision.

High | A significant risk requiring urgent review and a response plan.

Medium | A development requiring monitoring and assessment before escalation.

Low | A lower-priority signal reviewed during routine work.
