4.2 Review one evidence item

1. Open the Waiting for Review tab and use search or the source filter if needed.

2. Read the full content, provenance, publication date, and source name.

3. Open the original post when a link is available and check its context.

4. Review the match, confidence, and preliminary analysis result if present.

5. Choose Accept, Reject, Exclude, or Mark as Duplicate.

6. Enter the required decision reason or note, then select Save Decision.
