State | When to use it

Waiting for review | New content requiring a human decision.

Accepted | Relevant to the institution and eligible for analysis and metrics, subject to sample requirements.

Rejected | Incorrect or unhelpful content, with a recorded reason.

Excluded | Content that may be correct but is outside the required scope, policy, or period.

Duplicate | A copy of existing evidence, linked to the original and not counted independently.

Stories | Topic groups that help organize evidence sharing one context.
