Editing the portfolio
1. Select Edit Portfolio Draft.
2. Add one term per line or use Add Phrase.
3. Review exclusions and disambiguation context to reduce irrelevant results.
4. Review post limits, monitoring duration, and collection frequency.
5. Save the draft, then review, approve, and activate the new version within your permissions.
Important: Discovering new Facebook pages is separate from collecting an approved official page. Keeping discovery off prevents unwanted suggested pages from being introduced; it does not prevent collection from an official source you added yourself.
