Important rules before you begin

Raw content is not approved evidence. It first enters the Review Inbox, where a user accepts, rejects, excludes, or marks it as a duplicate.

Preliminary analysis is an assistive automated proposal and does not approve evidence. Final analysis is requested after a human accepts the evidence.

Metrics do not imply complete coverage of the internet or social platforms. They measure only what configured sources and connectors returned.

Creating a plan or drafting a response does not publish it. The platform does not send public messages or publish replies without an authorized human action.

Saving a report schedule or adding a recipient does not immediately send a report; sending and activation have separate controls.
