Question | Required answer before use

Is the source official or approved? | Yes, and it is active and not archived.

Is the evidence within scope and period? | Yes, with clear publication date and provenance.

Was a review decision recorded? | Yes: accepted, rejected, excluded, or duplicate, with a documented reason.

Is analysis complete? | Final analysis succeeded for accepted evidence when needed.

Is the sample sufficient? | The dashboard shows a measured value or a clear confidence level, not “Insufficient Data.”

Does the comparison have a qualified denominator? | An approved competitor scope, a reference period, and a comparable sample are present.
